ZEISS Retina Day: The Evolution of OCT.

ZEISS Academy is pleased to announce the launch of ZEISS Retina Day: The Evolution of OCT. Through a series of consultant-led talks and interactive workshops, this event will explore the everyday clinical use of OCT Angiography and Intra-Operative OCT.

Accreditation: 2.5 CPD points available for Consultant Ophthalmologists

Speakers include Mr Pearse Keane (Moorfields Eye Hospital) and Mr Soon Ch’ng (Manchester Royal Eye Hospital), who is currently working as a clinical research fellow in vitreo-retinal surgery under Professor Paulo Stanga.

Programme of events: Moorfields Consultant Pearse Keane and Research Fellow Soon Ch’ng will give an insight into how OCT is shaping the way we practice; from OCT-A patient diagnosis and management, through to surgical treatments with the use of intra-operative OCT. Both speakers will evaluate their experiences of using the latest OCT technology and share their thoughts on future applications.

A complementary hot lunch will be provided upon arrival and the day will conclude with hands-on workshops.
