Description: At EMIS Care, it`s really important that we follow local and national policies, protocols and standards to make sure our patients get the best service possible. As our failsafe coordinator, you`ll make sure all failsafe activities are carried out in line with these. You`ll oversee a team of failsafe officers, following the whole screening pathway from start to finish. Data and patient information will be at the heart of everything you from extracting to information from multiple sources to analysing the data and carrying out audits.

You`ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders including our programme managers and clinical leads as well as external patient care including GP`s and hospital eye services.
This role is based in our offices in Farnham, Surrey, but may require travel to other sites.

Our team
Working with other failsafe coordinators, you`ll manage a team of 2 failsafe officers. You`ll work closely with the deputy Programme Manager, programme manager and clinical lead, who will support you to enable you understand and learn everything you need to deliver an exceptional service to our patients.

Who you`ll be

• proven experience of working with MS Office- a track record of using MS Excel to an intermediate level is a must
• experience of working with large datasets and manipulation of data
• ability to present data to stakeholders/commissioners at board level
• experience of managing projects
• customer/patient focused with brilliant inter personal skills
• keen eye for detail, with the ability to analyse data and generate reports
• able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• any healthcare knowledge ideally in screening, would be useful
• organised and able to prioritise tasks
• good problem-solving skills
